Entailles from Ligne Roset:

Entailles by designer Philippe Nigro for Ligne Roset is a sofa with different seat depths and back heights. This sofa in one color has notches in different colors and fabrics. These sofas could be set in different configurations to be adjusted as one, two or three seaters.

  Dino Collection from Ligne Roset:

The Dino collection designed by Eric Jourdan for Ligne Roset, comprises furniture that has asymmetry of colors and shapes as its basic design outline. The sides of the pieces i.e. curves are done in veneered walnut, enveloping the rear and right side of the collection. The collection combines parallel-piped storage units, drawers, cabinets and table tops in monochromatic tones or mixed with shades of gray and blue. This collection has been finished in satin, argile, elephant lacquer and two-tone.

  TriWing by Marco Hemmerling:

TriWing chair by Marco Hemmerling was presented in the Desiary showroom during the 2011 imm cologne show in Germany. The TriWing chair integrates four different postures in one continuous shape, which can be changed by flipping the chair along the longitudinal axis. For this feature, the chair can be given different appearances, thereby; it could be incorporated in various applications. TriWing can be used as dining-chair, lounge-chair, reading-chair or deck-chair. The double-curved shape provides necessary stiffness and stability of the chair or even lounge chair.

  Spook from Blå Station:

Spook by Copenhagen designers Aleksej Iskos and Boris Berlin of Iskos-Berlin, is an armchair that is inspired by silhouette-like shapes formed when a single sheet of cloth is put over an armchair to cover it wholly. This chair with no frames or additional materials such as screws, glue or reinforcements is made of a sheet of polyester felt, pressed and made rigid. The design is partly free-shaped i.e. the materials take its own form in such a way that no two chairs are alike.

  Baklava from Örsjö Belysning:

Designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune, Baklava is a unique triple-layered shade that is inspired from thin pastry layers of the Turkish delicacy of the same name. It has been designed so that to allow the bottom part to glow in a different color to the main light. Baklava is available as both table and floor light.

  The Silk Chair by Alvi Design:

Silk Chair is an environmentally-friendly seating with silk thread that is tied around an oak frame. The silk threads create a perception of weightlessness. The threads create shadows when light passes through it, displaying mystifying artwork of shade and light.

 Wordy Double Seater from voila!:

From the voici! collection of voila!, wordy double is a seater that takes the vintage sofa to improvise it as a modern sofa with a creative edge. Soft denim cotton fabric has been used for this piece. The cushion with hand-silkscreened designs has inspirational quotes by famous leaders and innovators. The sofa is handcrafted by local artisans, applying traditional skills and sustainable use of materials.

 The High Roller Chaise by Karim Rashid:

Karim Rashid designed “The High Roller” for the design firm Punkalive, was launched officially at the imm cologne 2011. The High Roller is a modern day chaise lounge that has a shape similar to that of a human body. Its shape is the essential feature that makes it very comfortable while giving the design a trendy edge. The chaise in two contrasting color is visibly pleasing as well.

 Space Time by Karim Rashid:

Space Time is an ergonomic pendant lamp designed by Karim Rashid for zero. The lamp presented at the 2011 Stockholm Furniture Fair is inspired by space, its matter and innumerable holes there; and thus it has large perforations that minimize the surface area of the lamp. The cone-shaped extrusion arising upwards from the base ring of the light connects to the wiring. This hides the lighting element in the lamp making it appear seamless. While the internal portion of the lamp comes in white, the exterior is available in colors such as, white, black, yellow and red.

 Saint James and Simple Bridge from Ligne Roset:

This collection by Jean Nouvel for Ligne Roset stands out for its simple yet urbane design. Saint James is a chair available with or without arms and pouf. Simple bridge is a design, initially a part of the designer’s Elèmentàire collection, has been reissued as a sofa, armchair and footstool. Simple chair boasts of its characteristic shape sans the curve.

 Forbidden Fruit from Glimpt:

Swedish designers Mattias Rask and Tor Palm of Glimpt presented Forbidden Fruit at imm cologne 2011. Forbidden Fruit is a collection of ceiling lights in ceramic shades. The shades are painted with tiny details similar to strawberry pips. On top of the ceramic shade are colorful layers of discs held together by cords.

 The High RolleSella by Leolux:

Sella by designer Patrick Belli for Leolux stands out for its classic armchair look besides its little size. The outlay combines the streamlined shape with a refined finish that offers high level of comfort. Sella comes as a stand alone seat that opens up possibility of unlimited combinations.
